By engaging with Pearlclean (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you, the Customer, agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Please review the following agreement carefully. Your use of any service provided by the Company constitutes your consent to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
Articles entrusted to the Company for cleaning or repair shall be referred to as “items” within this agreement.
This agreement pertains solely to the Company and the Customer and does not imply any relationship with third parties. By utilizing any service provided by the Company, you, the undersigned Customer, agree to the following terms and conditions:
While we exercise the highest level of care in handling garments, certain fabrics and materials may be prone to discoloration or shrinkage. Such items are cleaned at the Customer’s risk. The Company bears no responsibility for any resulting damage.
We strive to maintain superior standards in washing, drying, and folding services.
The Company does not review manufacturer care labels due to time constraints and will not be held responsible for garments labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only.”
The Company disclaims liability for “special care” and delicate items requiring distinctive attention during cleaning.
The Company is not responsible for colour transfer or fading of garments during the cleaning process.
Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days will incur a storage fee of 30% per month on the total invoice amount.
Items unclaimed after 90 days may be discarded or donated at the Company’s discretion.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment that may pose risks.
While stain removal is part of the cleaning process, complete stain elimination cannot be guaranteed and is performed at the Customer’s risk.
The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in garments (e.g., money, jewellery, or documents).
In the event of loss or damage, the Company may, at its discretion, reimburse up to ten (10) times the service charge of the lost/damaged garment upon presentation of valid invoices.
Compensation will be provided in services only; no cash refunds will be issued.
Customers must inspect garments upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Claims made after acceptance will not be entertained.
The Company provides a seven-day warranty from the date of delivery for quality-related issues, provided the garments remain unused.
Customers may receive transactional and promotional updates via calls, SMS, emails, or app notifications.
The Company is not responsible for damage to or loss of any ornaments or jewellery attached to garments.
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
The Company is not responsible for damage or loss of garments due to fire, theft, or other unforeseen events.
Some cleaning processes may require additional time. The Company does not offer refunds or deductions for delays in service.
Pricing for designer garments is determined on a case-by-case basis, with charges communicated after examination by our specialists.
– Invoices are provided digitally or via WhatsApp notifications.
– Express services are charged at double the standard rate.
– Payment is due in full upon successful order delivery.
– Prepaid plans are available via cash, UPI, or cheque (subject to clearance).
– Taxes are applicable in addition to listed service rates.
– Prepaid plan balances are non-transferable and valid only within the same state.
– Bounced cheques will incur a penalty of ₹500.
– Extra amounts paid for retail orders can be refunded upon request.
– Prepaid balances are non-refundable.
– Order cancellations before pickup are free of charge.
– Cancellation requests must be made within two (2) hours of pickup.
– Once garments enter the processing phase, orders cannot be cancelled.
– Coupons are valid only through the Pearlclean app.
– Coupons cannot be applied after invoice generation.
– Multiple coupons cannot be used together.
– The Company does not share personal information with third parties.
– Certain administrative functions may be outsourced, requiring minimal customer data for service facilitation.
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from third-party websites linked from Pearlclean’s website.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of website content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest terms will be available on the Pearlclean website.
All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Telangana, Hyderabad, Telangana.
